Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design the visual layout, user interface elements, and interactive components of our digital products.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across different devices and screen sizes.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and design process.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is mandatory.
