About the Role:
We are looking to transition our high-performing interns into full-time Associate UI/UX designer. As a graduate, we expect you to bring a strong theoretical foundation to our R&D team, helping us bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade UI/UX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and evaluate design effectiveness.
Work closely with UX researchers, developers, and product managers to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Interpret user journeys, personas, and use cases into well-structured UI flows and layouts.
Ensure brand consistency by following established brand guidelines, design systems, and style guides while contributing to their growth.
Create and manage UI assets, design libraries, and reusable components for scalable usage across projects.
Design with accessibility (WCAG 2.1), usability heuristics, and responsive best practices in mind.
Deliver detailed design specifications, UI kits, and handoff files (e.g., Figma, Zeplin, XD) for development teams.
Conduct design reviews and usability tests, iterating on feedback to refine designs.
Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's degree in design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
Required Skills:
Education:Bachelor's degree in design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
Programming:Experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
Frameworks:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
Knowledge:Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, usability heuristics, and design best practices.
Prior Experience:Proven ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Communication:Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Portfolio with strong examples of web and mobile application UI/UX design.
Case study or project showcasing design process, reasoning, and final outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.
