Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet user needs.
- Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
