About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI & UX Designer to join ARRISE's vibrant team, supporting Pragmatic Play's innovative gaming solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality visuals and user interfaces that not only enhance user engagement but also adhere to our brand standards. Your work will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey across our digital platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design and user experience of products that reach a global audience, pushing the boundaries of interactive entertainment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record working on digital products for web and mobile platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing user flows, visual design, and problem-solving capabilities is essential. Candidates should have a solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma is required, with experience in Sketch, Axure, or similar tools considered a plus. A background in applying responsive and mobile-first design principles is necessary, along with the ability to handle end-to-end design tasks—from requirement gathering to creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and the ability to iterate based on feedback are crucial. Additionally, knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, will be advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and user expectations.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design insights, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Apply UX best practices, including responsive and mobile-first design principles, to create adaptable and accessible interfaces.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine and improve design solutions continuously.
- Own feature-level or module-level design tasks, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality work within project timelines.
- Communicate design concepts, user journeys, and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted design tools to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Iterate designs based on usability insights, technical constraints, and evolving project requirements, maintaining a user-centered approach throughout.
