Role Overview
We're looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, polished experiences for AI-powered platforms and enterprise applications. You'll work closely with AI/ML engineers and full-stack engineers to translate complex workflows and data into clear, human-friendly product experiencesacross web dashboards, internal tools, and customer-facing apps.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end product design: discovery flows wireframes high-fidelity UI prototypes.
- Convert AI/ML capabilities (predictions, recommendations, automation) into understandable, trustworthy user experiences.
- Design information architecture and interaction patterns for data-heavy dashboards and admin tools.
- Collaborate daily with AI/ML + engineering teams to define requirements, validate feasibility, and ship iteratively.
- Create and maintain design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) for consistency across products.
- Run and synthesize user research (interviews, usability tests), and turn insights into design improvements.
- Partner with developers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible output.
What we're looking for
Must-have
- 5+ years of UI/UX/Product Design experience for web or enterprise software.
- Strong portfolio showing shipped work (dashboards, platforms, workflows, mobile/web apps).
- Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and modern UI patterns.
- Comfortable designing for complex workflows, roles/permissions, and data visualization contexts.
- Strong communication and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and interaction design fundamentals.
Nice-to-have
- Experience designing for AI-powered products (LLMs, copilots, recommendations, analytics).
- Familiarity with front-end constraints (React/component libraries) and handoff best practices.
- Experience creating UX writing / microcopy for enterprise and AI workflows.
