Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Lead with 10+ years of expertise in designing enterprise-scale digital products and transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user journey mapping, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Roles & Responsibilities – Senior UI/UX Lead
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for enterprise digital products and transformation programs
- Gather and understand business requirements, user needs, and workflow challenges to create intuitive user experiences
- Design user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design solutions for complex enterprise applications
- Translate business workflows into scalable, user-friendly, and visually consistent digital experiences
- Drive interaction design, information architecture, and responsive UI design across web and mobile platforms
- Establish and govern enterprise design systems, UI standards, reusable components, and branding consistency
- Conduct usability testing, user research, accessibility reviews, and experience validation sessions
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs and seamless user experiences
- Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog discussions, design reviews, and stakeholder demos
- Analyze user feedback, behavior insights, and usability metrics to continuously improve user adoption and experience quality
- Mentor and guide junior designers while promoting UX best practices across teams
- Drive design consistency, governance, and experience optimization across multiple products and business units
- Create and maintain design documentation, user flows, style guides, and interaction specifications
- Participate in strategic discussions related to digital transformation, product modernization, and customer experience initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design for enterprise applications or digital products
- Strong expertise in:
- User Experience (UX) Design
- User Interface (UI) Design
- Interaction Design
- User Journey Mapping
- Experience translating complex business workflows into intuitive and scalable user experiences
- Strong proficiency in:
- Wireframing
- Prototyping

- Hands-on experience with design tools such as:

- InVision or similar tools
- Strong understanding of:

- Experience conducting:
