Trovex is an AI-powered simulation platform helping enterprises train and enable their customer-facing teams. Our SaaS platform is used by some of the largest BFSI players in India, and we're rapidly expanding into global markets. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong visual design skills to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for our SaaS products.
Role & Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate product functionality and interactions.
- Design modern, visually appealing dashboards and SaaS interfaces with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Ensure consistent application of design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines across the platform.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience based on feedback and product performance.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or enterprise product environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS dashboard/product design work.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Excellent sense of visual design, typography, color, and layout.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
