Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing user interfaces, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

️ Key Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Conduct user research and understand customer requirements

Translate business requirements into engaging design solutions

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly

Improve existing designs based on user feedback and usability insights

Maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years or 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design

Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research

Hands-on experience with design tools such as:

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Sketch (Preferred)

Experience creating:

• Wireframes
• User journeys
• Prototypes
• UI mockups

Strong knowledge of responsive design principles

Understanding of web and mobile design patterns

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
