Job Description
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with around 1.5 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, hands-on experience designing digital products, and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
- Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Basic knowledge of usability testing and user research methods
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a strong visual design sense
Good to Have
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
