Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary UI/UX Design Lead to head our design initiatives and mentor our creative team. The ideal candidate is a product-thinking expert with over 7 years of experience, a proven track record in product-based companies, and previous experience managing or leading a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to a team of designers to ensure high-quality output.

Product Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define the product roadmap and user experience strategy.

End-to-End Design: Oversee the entire design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.

Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all product platforms.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in UI/UX design, specifically working on complex digital products. Leadership: Proven experience leading a team and managing design workflows.

Product Mindset: Strong experience working within product companies, understanding product lifecycles, and user-centric design methodologies.

Technical Skills: Mastery of industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, other Adobe tools Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
