Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Design user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces in Figma while leveraging AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research, and iteration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate user needs into intuitive workflows and seamless user experiences for our HRTech SaaS platform.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis, utilizing AI-assisted insights to identify pain points and improve product usability.
- Explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI-driven UX practices, ensuring designs are optimized for modern AI-enabled user interactions and workflows.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all product experiences.
