Must-Have Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2025–2026 pass-out) in Design, Architecture, Computer Science, or a
  
  

related field (B.Des, B.Arch, B.Tech - CSE, or equivalent)

• Completed a professional certification in UI/UX from a recognized institute
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, wireframing, and UI design
• Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and
  
  

Prototyping)

• Good understanding of UX fundamentals, including user research, user flows,
  
  

wireframes, journey maps, and usability principles

• Strong knowledge of visual design principles such as typography, color, spacing, layout,
  
  

hierarchy, and responsive design

• Basic familiarity with AI-powered design tools
• Exposure to user research or usability testing is a plus
• Understanding of product thinking and user-centered design
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to receive and apply
