Internship Structure
- Initial 3 months: Unpaid Internship (Training & Mentorship Phase

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and basic prototypes
- Translate business and user requirements into structured design solutions
- Design intuitive and visually consistent UI screens
- Convert ideas and concepts into layouts using Figma
- Maintain consistency across design systems, components, and layouts
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and feedback discussions
- Iterate and improve designs based on feedback and usability considerations
- Present design concepts and explain the rationale behind design decisions
- Collaborate with team members on real-world product design projects
Skills, Requirements & Tools
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UX and UI Design principles.
- Understanding of User-Centered Design methodology.
- Familiarity with user flows, wireframing, and design thinking processes.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and decisions.
- Openness to learning, feedback, and iterative improvement.
Tools
- Figma (Mandatory)
- Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
Portfolio Requirements
- Portfolio containing at least 1–2 design projects (academic, personal, freelance, or self-initiated).
- Portfolio should demonstrate: Problem identification, Design process and thinking, Wireframes or design exploration and Final solution and rationale
