Edithly is building an AI-powered platform that helps users create, transform, and communicate information through high-quality visual documents, presentations, sales assets, and interactive content.

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who can work closely with our product and engineering team to turn ideas into polished, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences.

This is a hands-on role. You will have the opportunity to design real product interfaces, design systems, templates, visual documents, landing pages, and AI-generated experiences.

What You'll Do

* Design and iterate on product interfaces using Figma

* Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes

* Design and maintain reusable UI components and design systems

* Create responsive designs for web applications

* Design dashboards, editors, onboarding flows, settings, modals, forms, and other product experiences

* Create visual templates for presentations, one-pagers, sales documents, infographics, and other content

* Work on AI-powered UX, including interfaces for AI-generated content and visual documents

* Translate product requirements and rough ideas into clean, production-ready designs

* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

* Review implemented designs and identify visual/UX inconsistencies

* Conduct basic user research and usability testing when needed

* Iterate quickly based on feedback and product requirements

* Explore current UI/UX trends and bring new design ideas to the product

Must-Have Skills

* Strong understanding of Figma

* Strong visual hierarchy

* Typography

* Color theory

* Spacing and layout

* Grid systems

* Responsive design

* User flows

* Wireframing

* Ability to create reusable components

* Understanding of design systems and component libraries

Good-to-Have Skills

* Basic HTML/CSS understanding

* Familiarity with React-based web applications

* Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools

* Experience designing SaaS products

* Experience designing AI products

* Motion / micro-interaction design

* Illustration or graphic design

* Experience creating presentations or visual documents

* Basic understanding of accessibility

* Experience using AI tools in the design workflow

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in someone who:

* Graduates or Final Year student, who can contribute 40 hours/week

* Has a strong design eye

* Notices small details in spacing, typography, alignment, and visual hierarchy

* Can take a rough idea and turn it into a polished design

* Is comfortable working with ambiguity

* Can explain the reasoning behind their design decisions

* Iterates quickly instead of trying to make the first version perfect

* Understands that good UX is more than making something look beautiful

* Is curious about AI and new product experiences

* Can work independently while collaborating closely with engineers and product

* Is willing to experiment and challenge existing designs

Portfolio

A portfolio is strongly preferred.

Your portfolio should demonstrate some combination of:

* Web / SaaS product interfaces

* Mobile or responsive interfaces

* Design systems

* User flows and wireframes

* High-fidelity Figma designs

* Prototypes

* Visual design

* Information-heavy interfaces

* Creative or experimental design work
