Bytebeam builds the hardware and software that power the next generation of smart connected vehicles. We do device telemetry, remote diagnostics, OTA updates, alerts, and fleet-scale device management. We help teams ship connected products faster and run them reliably in the field. We are now building an AI-native platform for Indian commercial fleets. We are building it to be several times better than anything in the market, not a little better.

Role Overview

You are an early-career designer. We hire you for raw ability and hunger, not a portfolio pedigree. You will work under the Senior Designer to explore and produce the AI-native design of the platform across web and mobile. This is real product work, not practice projects: your designs ship to fleets running thousands of vehicles, and we hold you to the same craft bar as everyone else. You will move fast with AI design tools and learn the craft at speed.

What you'll do

• Produce explorations and mocks: for web and mobile, many directions fast, using AI design and prototyping tools, and code where you can.
• Take a scoped design problem and run: beside the Lead, from concept to a clickable prototype.
• Contribute to the design system: components and shared patterns, and help compare AI-generated directions.
• Learn the craft by doing: and raise your bar every week.

What we're looking for

• Early-career, 0-2 years, or a strong design sense
• Hunger, ownership, and a clean-slate mind. We hire for potential over polish.
• AI-native: you already reach for every AI design tool and love exploring with them.
• A good eye: visual and interaction sense you can grow fast.
• One or two projects you drove yourself. Show the problem, your process, and the reasoning behind each decision, not just the final screens.
• Bonus: you have tried to make something complex or data-heavy feel simple.
