About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and curious
UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience transforming complex financial workflows and AI capabilities into clean, intuitive, and user-friendly digital interfaces. You will work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define user journeys, create high-fidelity prototypes, and contribute to our scalable design system.

What You'll Do
- Support End-to-End Design: Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web applications based on product requirements.
- Craft High-Fidelity UI: Design clean, modern, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web interfaces using Figma.
- Contribute to Design Systems: Learn and help maintain our scalable Design System (components, UI patterns, and style guides) to ensure consistency across products.
- User Research & Usability Testing: Assist in gathering user feedback, conducting competitor research, and evaluating user journeys to refine design decisions.
- Developer Hand-Off: Prepare clean design assets, UI specifications, and documentation for front-end developers (React.js/Next.js context).
- Learn Accessibility Standards: Learn and apply modern Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design.
What We Are Looking For
- Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, components, and prototyping).
- Portfolio / Work Samples: A portfolio or project showcase demonstrating real UI/UX thinking, user flows, and visual design skills (academic, personal, or internship projects).
- Foundational UX Knowledge: Basic understanding of design heuristics, Information Architecture, responsive design principles, and visual design fundamentals.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Eagerness to tackle complex problems and simplify user experiences.
- Communication & Collaboration: Good communication skills and a willingness to iterate based on feedback from product and engineering teams.
