Responsibilities:
- Design clean, modern UI layouts for hospital workflows (forms, dashboards, reports).
- Define visual identity: colors, typography, icons, accessibility standards.
- Create motion/visual assets (micro-interactions, loading states, transitions, avatar overlays).
- Deliver assets in developer-ready formats (SVG, PNG, JSON, Rive, Lottie).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration into Qt Quick/QML.
- Design with multilingual and healthcare accessibility in mind.
- Maintain design consistency across the entire product.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in UI/UX design for desktop or cross-platform apps.
- Proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD (UI/UX) and Rive/After Effects/Lottie (motion).
- Understanding of interaction design and motion principles.
- Ability to export lightweight assets compatible with Qt Quick.
- Portfolio showing both static UI design and motion design work.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with healthcare or enterprise apps.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with Qt Quick/QML asset integration.
Compensation:
- Salary: 20,000 per month (initial offer, subject to review).
