UI Testing Engineer (Playwright)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI Testing Engineer with experience in Playwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to understand application requirements and identify potential test cases.
• Write comprehensive test scripts in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Set up and maintain automated testing infrastructure in a staging environment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile development processes.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in test automation and continuous integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Proven experience with Playwright or similar web testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
