Job Description
UI Lead (8-11 years) with expertise in
Stencil.js to architect and develop high-performance,
visually appealing, and intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of
Java-based backend integration to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions. You will lead and mentor a team, drive
user-centric design principles, best practices, and collaborate across engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development of UI components using Stencil.js, focusing on usability and visual design.
- Define and enforce front-end standards, best practices, and UI/UX principles.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI developers, emphasizing user-centric design approaches.
- Ensure seamless integration with Java backend services while maintaining a smooth user journey.
- Optimize UI for speed, scalability, performance, and outstanding user experience.
- Drive CI/CD practices for front-end deployments, ensuring continuous delivery of quality UI/UX.
- Explore and integrate Agentic AI tools for UI modernization and development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field.
- 8-11 years in front-end development, significant lead experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with Stencil.js and web components.
- Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Proven experience integrating with Java-based APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of core UI/UX principles, design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
