UI Specialist (React & Node.js) Job

We are seeking an experienced Frontend FullStack Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable, highperformance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript, with handson experience developing productionready applications using Next.js and modern frontend and backend architectures. The candidate should be adept at leveraging AIpowered development tools to enhance code quality and testing, and capable of translating business requirements into maintainable, usercentric technical solutions. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to deliver robust and reliable applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of fullstack development experience
• 4+ years of React.js experience with Hooks and state management
• 2+ years of Node.js backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Next.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices
• Handson experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and testing fundamentals
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, responsive user interfaces usingReact.js,TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+),Next.js (SSR/SSG), and modern CSS frameworks such asTailwind CSS.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Architect and manage application state usingRedux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand, and handle serverside data withReact Query.
• Design, build, and maintain scalableNode.jsbackend services usingExpress.js or NestJS, implementingRESTful and GraphQL APIswithin amicroservices architecture.
• Lead backendsystem design, apply bestpracticedesign patterns, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate thirdparty services and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms usingJWT, OAuth2, and SSO.
• Experience using AIpowered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, AmazonQ) to accelerate code development, refactoring, and test case generation
• Ability to review and validate AIgenerated code to ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Use AI tools to improve test coverage, identify edge cases, and detect potential quality or performance issues
• Design database schemas and manage data integrity usingPostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Write unit tests using Jasmine or Jest or Vitest, achieving 80%+ code coverage.
• Proficient in creating end-to-end tests with Cypress or Playwright.
• Manage and supportCI/CD pipelinesusingGitHub Actions, containerization withDocker, and cloud deployments onAWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Nice-to-have:

• Expertise in building Micro Frontend applications using Module Federation or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Proficiency in Web Accessibility (WCAG compliance).
