Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of MEAN/MERN stack applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Tech in Computer Science or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in MEAN/MERN stack development. - Proficiency in Angular and React. - Strong understanding of Node.js and MongoDB. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Express.js and building RESTful services. - Proven track record of leading development teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Good to have skills: TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Agile methodologies
