Job Description

Responsibilities:

PradeepIT is looking for UI Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Leading and managing the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to define interface requirements and create design concepts
Developing and maintaining design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across products
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide development teams
Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify opportunities for improvement
Providing guidance and feedback to designers and developers to ensure that interfaces meet design standards and best practices
Reviewing and approving final designs to ensure that they meet design and usability standards
Managing design projects and resources to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
