UI Lead Engineer

About The Role: As a lead engineer, you'll be a key contributor in developing a Loyalty product. You'll collaborate with the core R&D team, using technologies like html, JavaScript, CSS and AWS to build user interfaces.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Make key design decisionsto implement improvements to our new platform.

• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, R&D, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team. Assist in solving complex technical problems and enhance product functionality through innovative solutions.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to design principles and maintain high-quality standards.

• Exhibit a self-driven attitude, maintain high morale, take ownership, and execute with excellence. • Play a critical role working with colleagues to architect, design, develop and deliver innovative solutions.

• Work with UX designers and customers to refine user experiences · Actively participate in a highly collaborative agile development process to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Experience with modern JavaScript, html and css

• Willingnessto perform responsive development

• Experience working on Software as a Service product
