Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding guidelines for Angular and React applications
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient web applications using micro-frontend and modular UI principles
Drive adoption of modern frameworks, reusable components, design systems, and state management approaches
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and libraries aligned with technology strategy
Lead and mentor frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
Provide hands-on support during complex development, debugging, and performance optimization
Own and maintain the technical roadmap in alignment with product and business goals
Lead the development of core modules using Angular 18+ and React.js with TypeScript
Ensure code quality through unit testing, UI automation, accessibility, performance, and security standards
Oversee CI/CD integration, code quality metrics, and deployment readiness
Implement best practices for responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and multi-device performance
Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Business Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Conduct architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and risk assessments
Present technical recommendations and architecture decisions to senior leadership

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Angular (18+), React.js (Hooks, Redux/RTK, Context API), and TypeScript
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Webpack, Node.js, and NPM/Yarn
Experience with micro-frontends, component libraries, design systems, and modular architecture
Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and frontend integration patterns
Expertise in UI performance optimization (Lighthouse, bundle optimization, lazy loading, caching)
Knowledge of frontend security practices (XSS, CSP, OWASP for Web)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Frontend Architect
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Desirable Skills

Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js or Angular Universal
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Understanding of containerization using Docker and frontend deployment patterns
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
