UI Developer - GPZ - BLR

Responsibilities:

As a UI Developer, you will be an integral part of an agile team that includes software engineers, development and QA managers, and cloud ops/customer success leads. Your main focus will be on designing and developing web pages for our cloud-based customer experience platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and structuring web pages to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure user experience drives design decisions.
• Developing features that improve and enhance the overall user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional usability and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring responsive web design across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
• Writing reusable code to streamline future development.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Working with various markup languages to create efficient web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all design elements and functionality.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field from a reputable college/university.
• A solid understanding of key design principles and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
• Experience in developing responsive and adaptive web designs.
• A good understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to web development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile team.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI development.
