Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our Applied AI team. You will play a crucial role in building a visually attractive, user-friendly, and highly responsive frontend for our generative AI-based platform, AURA. This platform will enable seamless interaction with end users and serve as a key component in delivering AI-driven solutions across the organization.
As a ReactJS Developer, you will work closely with the business, product design teams, and backend engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that align with our roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a highly responsive web-based user interface using ReactJS.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by optimizing the application for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement interactive and intuitive designs.
- Work closely with the Product Design and Business teams to align with user needs and product goals.
- Communicate effectively to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in UI/UX development.
- Maintain code repositories and versioning with Git and related tools.
- Collaborate in integrating RESTful APIs with the frontend.
- Perform unit testing and assist with integration testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free releases
- Champion the integration of cutting-edge machine learning technologies and methodologies into existing and future business operations.
- Facilitate the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of deployed solutions, ensuring they deliver consistent value and adapt to new business needs or data insights.
- Lead knowledge sharing and innovation within the team, staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining the bank's competitive edge in AI applications.
- Mentor and develop team members, building capabilities that support the bank's long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field;
- Minimum of 2+ years in Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, including React Hooks and Context API.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Redux, Next.js, or similar.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how to implement responsive and interactive designs.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for collaboration with designers.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and code collaboration platforms like GitHub.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
