UI Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking an UI Designer to bridge the gap between product and design. You will maintain design consistency, support cross-functional teams (Design, Tech and Product)

Key Responsibilities

● Design Execution: Support the product team by creating high-fidelity UI components, layouts, and prototypes.

● Consistency & Systems: Maintain and contribute to the company design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with improve product delivery timelines.

● Iterative Learning: Openly receive feedback and iterate on designs based on both stakeholder inputs

Key Requirements

● Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of UI design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. ● Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Figma and experienced in working with established design systems.

● Detail Oriented: Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict brand and design guidelines.

● Soft Skills: Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and data insights; willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

● 1-2 years of experience in working with datasets to build structured analyses.

● A portfolio showcasing both aesthetic design skills and analytical thinking
