What The Role Entails

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in product design, including 2+ years contributing directly to a scaled design system.
Skills: Exceptional UI and interaction design craft.
Strong proficiency in Figma, especially component-building tools.
Familiarity with front-end concepts (React, HTML/CSS, iOS, Android) and how design systems map into code.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Mindset: Passion for design craft, systems thinking, and enabling teammates to do their best work.
