1-5 Years
Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality visual content for various platforms, including:
Digital: Social media graphics (static and animated), website banners, email templates, digital ads, infographics, presentations.
Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, event collateral, branding materials.
Collaborate closely with content, and deal teams to understand RFX(RFP/RFI) and translate them into effective design solutions.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to new campaigns and projects.
Prepare files for print and digital output, ensuring technical specifications are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation as needed.
