About The Role
Lyzr is hiring a UI Designer (AI & Agentic Systems) to design the command center for autonomous AI.
This role is not about static screens. You'll be shaping how humans interact with intelligent, autonomous systemsfrom agent workflows to real-time AI states and evaluation dashboards. Your work will directly influence how enterprises understand, trust, and operate AI agents at scale.

What You'll Do
Design High-Fidelity Interfaces: Create clean, intuitive, pixel-perfect UIs for Lyzr's Agent Studio and dashboards.
Own the Design System: Build and evolve Lyzr's component library to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed.
Design for Agentic UX: Explore and define new interaction patterns for AI systemsstreaming states, agent reasoning traces, evaluation views.
Prototype Fast: Move quickly from rough concepts to production-ready mockups that engineers can ship from.
Accessibility-First Design: Ensure all interfaces meet WCAG standards and work across enterprise-grade devices.
Collaborate Deeply: Partner closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex systems into usable experiences.
What We're Looking For
34 Years of Experience: You've shipped at least one SaaS product and have a strong portfolio to show it.
System Thinker: You design components and systems, not just screens. Strong Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Variables).
AI-Curious: Interested in AI-driven products, dashboards, or complex data-heavy interfaces.
Detail-Oriented: You care deeply about spacing, typography, hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
Execution Mindset: Comfortable working fast and iterating in a high-velocity environment.
