UI Architect

About the Role:

The Senior UI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. This role involves collaborating with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development, a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and a passion for building scalable and visually appealing applications.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across multiple devices and platforms
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs, services, and enterprise systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, UI trends, and industry best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed
• Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades of existing applications
  
  

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in UI development and front-end application design
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly web applications
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based development, and web standards
• Experience integrating applications using RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

• Experience implementing accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG compliance
• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience with UI testing frameworks and automated testing practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and security best practices
• Experience working in enterprise-scale application development environments
