UI Angular - Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
. Lead the end-to-end UI development for complex, scalable applications.
. Architect and implement reusable, efficient, and high-performing UI components.
. Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
. Ensure UI code quality, performance, and best practices across the team.
. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
. Evaluate and integrate modern UI frameworks, tools, and technologies.
. Drive UI standards, accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues across browsers and devices.

Required Skills & Experience
. 8-12 years of hands-on experience in front-end/UI development.
. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
. Strong experience with at least one modern UI framework:
o React.js (preferred) / Angular / Vue.js
. Deep understanding of UI architecture, design patterns, and state management (Redux, MobX, Context API, etc.).
. Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.
. Experience in bundlers and tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn.
. Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
. Experience in performance tuning and debugging UI applications.
. Good understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UI security best practices.
. Ability to lead, mentor, and guide UI teams.

. Experience with design systems or component libraries (Material UI, Chakra UI, etc.).
. Exposure to UI automation testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
. Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
