About the Role:
Seeking a highly skilled UI and API Manual tester with an experience of 6 years to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Relevant experience of at least 6 years in Functional Testing.
- Exposure in designing developing and executing manual test cases for functional testing of applications.
- Experience in collaborating with developers and stakeholders for understanding system requirements and design test plans.
- Proficiency in using SQL queries to extract test data from databases like GCP.
- Familiarity in performing UI validation and API testing using Postman and verifying logs for errors that occurred.
- Expertise in identifying documenting and tracking defects and inconsistencies in applications.
- Should have experience in conducting Smoke UAT regression testing and end-to-end testing.
- Proficiency in providing detailed reports on testing outcomes and suggesting improvements.
- Ability to analyse complex requirement documents or SRS, coordinate with BAs for clarifications, and derive comprehensive test cases.
- Experience with Auto and Home Insurance products is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of JIRA Xray and Confluence.
- Exposure to Automation is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester with SQL testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing techniques and STLC phases.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
