UGC Content Creator (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative content creator who can create authentic, engaging, and conversion-focused short-form videos for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, and other short-video platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, explaining app features in a simple manner, and creating content that attracts views, engagement, and app installs.

This role is perfect for creators who enjoy making social media content and want to work closely with a growing startup.

Responsibilities

The selected creator will be responsible for:

Content Creation

Creating engaging short-form videos about Kavodnik.

Explaining app features in a simple and relatable way.

Demonstrating how users can use the app.

Showcasing rewards, offers, and user benefits.

Creating educational, entertaining, and promotional content.

Video Shooting

Recording videos using a smartphone.

Maintaining good lighting and audio quality.

Creating natural and authentic UGC-style videos.

Content Research

Monitoring Instagram Reels trends.

Identifying viral content formats.

Suggesting new content ideas regularly.

Adapting trends to promote Kavodnik.

Monthly Deliverables

The selected creator will be expected to deliver:

40–60 short-form videos per month.

Average video duration between 20–60 seconds.

Both edited videos and raw footage when requested.

Consistent delivery according to content schedule.

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

Confidence speaking on camera.

Basic acting and presentation skills.

Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Smartphone videography skills.

Basic video editing experience.

Creativity and storytelling ability.

Strong communication skills.

Fixed Salary ₹10,000 per month + Performance Bonus

Creators can earn additional bonuses based on video performance.

Viral Performance Bonus

₹1,000 bonus for any video crossing 250,000 views

₹2,500 bonus for any video crossing 500,000 views

₹5,000 bonus for any video crossing 1 Million views
