Job Description

The UGC Accounts Lead is responsible for managing client accounts related to User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns, coordinating between creators, internal teams, and clients to ensure successful campaign execution. This role focuses on client relationship management, campaign delivery, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow UGC client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding UGC campaigns.
  • Coordinate with UGC creators, content teams, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Develop and implement UGC strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports to clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand client accounts.
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, and campaign documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years experience in account management, influencer marketing, or UGC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer/UGC platforms and creator networks.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign reporting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
