About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Undergraduate (UG) Vertical for Premium Counseling Services. This leadership role will involve managing and scaling the UG vertical, developing high-quality counselling services, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students aspiring to pursue undergraduate programs globally.

The charter for this role will include:

• Defining and executing the strategic vision for the UG vertical, focusing on premium counselling services..
• Overseeing the delivery of end-to-end premium counselling services, ensuring exceptional quality and outcomes.
• Monitoring and improving key performance metrics, such as admissions success rates, client satisfaction, and process efficiency
• Building, mentoring, and managing a team of counsellors, advisors, and support staff dedicated to undergraduate admissions.
• Designing and implementing unique programs tailored to undergraduate students, including academic profile building, extracurricular planning, and admissions strategy.
• Fostering relationships with top-tier universities, colleges, and other stakeholders in the global education ecosystem.
• Collaborating with schools, organizations, and educational institutions to promote premium counselling services.

Ideal Persona :

• A proven track record in both 0-1 and 1-100 growth stagessomeone who has independently run a UG business and is a strong operator at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of the premium market, a strong personal brand, and experience in high-end/Ivy League counseling.
• Have experience scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
