Role: Automic/UC4 Specialist
Scope of Work & Consultant Responsibilities
- A primary goal for these consultants is to rapidly learn UC4 instance to alleviate the burden on our internal experts.
- Providing hands-on workflow development and operational support. This includes admin-owned workflow edits, troubleshooting, file transfers, Dead drop support, and SFTP management.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal customers by answering user account and automation questions, specifically managing the slack channels.
- Consultant must have sufficient Automic platform familiarity to assist with initial platform stabilization during operational incidents, executing documented recovery procedures, restarting affected services or components when appropriate
- Assisting in the planning and execution of Run-the-business activities such as region failovers for the Automic infrastructure to ensure continuous high availability.
