What You'll Own
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end flight test plans for advanced UAV features and payloads
- Integrate and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems on live drone platforms
- Ensure fleet readiness through rigorous testing and field-level problem solving
- Co-own customer workflow validation and field experimentation loops
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate field insights into platform enhancements
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking developments in UAVs, AI, autonomy, and robotics
Who We're Looking For
- Prior hands-on experience flying, testing, or operating RC aircrafts/UAS
- Familiarity with Pixhawk, Ardupilot, PX4, or DJI platforms
- Strong grounding in flight-planning tools and GCS software
- Experience tuning and configuring autopilot systems
- Confidence using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and working with UAS sensors
- Mechanical aptitude for assembly/disassembly/troubleshooting of drones
- Bonus: Interest or exposure to AI-led systems (CV, mission planning, sensor fusion)
- Strong communicator — in both office updates and field reports
