UAV Production Role

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven UAV Production Executives to lead and manage our UAV manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in aerospace or UAV production, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and deep technical insights. This individual will be responsible for scaling production, ensuring quality standards, streamlining operations, and coordinating with R&D and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UAV production processes including assembly, integration, and systems testing

Oversee daily shop-floor operations, team performance, and resource planning

Establish and maintain production schedules, quality standards, and delivery targets

Supervise manufacturing teams, technicians, and vendor relationships

Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, process improvements, and cost reductions

Collaborate with design, engineering, and flight testing teams for seamless integration

Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines, safety protocols, and documentation standards

Manage production budgets, tooling procurement, and capital assets planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAV/aerospace/aviation production roles

Deep understanding of UAV systems, avionics integration, and QC protocols

Strong leadership and team management skills

Hands-on experience in composite/material fabrication, electrical/mechanical assemblies

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, quality tools (Six Sigma, ISO), and BOM management

DGCA RPAS or equivalent regulatory knowledge preferred.
