Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a General Manager - Product Development specializing in UAVs and drones. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, managing product teams to deliver innovative and high-performing drone solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategic business plans, leading product development initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams to implement advanced features, and driving sales strategies for market adoption. The General Manager will also ensure alignment of products with customer requirements across diverse applications such as agriculture, industry, and defense.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to navigate complex market dynamics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong background in Product Management and understanding product lifecycles from conceptualization to market launch.
• Extensive experience in Product Development and the ability to lead design and innovation processes for UAVs and drones.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and market strategy to drive business growth and market penetration.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset for managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Familiarity with AI-based technologies and software integration is a plus.
• Educational qualifications in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field are highly desirable.
