- Lead UAT strategy and execution for payment API integrations.
- Provide strong banking and payments domain guidance to UAT teams.
- Drive API testing and automation initiatives across projects.
- Define UAT scope, test approach, and entry/exit criteria for API integrations.
- Coordinate with cross-border teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure end-to-end validation of banking and payment integration flows.
- Review UAT results, defect trends, and readiness for release.
- Mentor and guide UAT coordinators in test execution and defect management.
- Maintain UAT documentation, dashboards, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
- Communicate UAT risks, dependencies, and sign-offs to leadership, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
