About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end UAE/Gulf hiring across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of the UAE talent market, and the ability to manage multiple mandates independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UAE/Gulf recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, documentation and closures.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously while meeting targets and TATs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment/TA, preferably in UAE/Gulf hiring.
• Experience handling IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE/Gulf talent market will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
