Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable,

cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.

· Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and forecasts.

· Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow statements, and manage working capital effectively.

· Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

· Prepare and submit financial reports, including VAT returns and other statutory requirements.

· Assist with audits, both internal and external, and provide necessary documentation and support.

· Process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

· Manage employee expense claims, reimbursements, and company credit cards.

· Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial resources.

· Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Identify opportunities for automation and implement appropriate financial software/tools.

· Collaborate with the IT team to resolve any technical issues related to financial systems.
