Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable,

cash receipts, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and forecasts.

Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow statements, and manage working capital effectively.

Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

Prepare and submit financial reports, including VAT returns and other statutory requirements.

Assist with audits, both internal and external, and provide necessary documentation and support.

Process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage employee expense claims, reimbursements, and company credit cards.

Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial resources.

Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Identify opportunities for automation and implement appropriate financial software/tools.

Collaborate with the IT team to resolve any technical issues related to financial systems.
