What You'll Do
- Plan and run UA campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other ad platforms for a Global short-drama app.
- Analyse the funnel from install → watch → retention → revenue, optimising on eCPM, ARPDAU and mediation performance.
- Work directly with Product and the designer/video editor to prepare creative - AI keeps producing films, so you never wait on content.
- Research the global short-drama app market and propose product optimisations.
- Report directly to the UA lead, without several tiers of sign-off.
- Unlimited creative - AI produces films continuously, so campaigns keep testing and optimising instead of stalling for content, the usual bottleneck for every app UA team.
- Operating infrastructure ready from day one - ad accounts and AdMob already provisioned, no waiting on approvals.
- Serious ad budget - funded to test and scale for real, not capped at pilot size.
- A real path to Lead in 12-18 months, because the studio is scaling fast.
- Required: experience with IAA (ad-monetised) apps - you can read and optimise eCPM, ARPDAU and mediation (AdMob, MAX or equivalent).
- At least 1.5-2 years running digital on Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity, IronSource and similar, in mobile game or app.
- Experience working with data and analysing user behaviour.
- On top of the market and its trends; fluent in at least one market-research tool.
- Able to put basic creative together yourself (Canva, CapCut).
- Proactive, and comfortable with the pace of a studio being built from scratch.
- English is an advantage.
