Location: PAN India Deployment

Department: Tyre Operations / Service Delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility.

Education

ITI (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical)

Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

B.Tech / BE candidates are also eligible

Backlogs in B.Tech are not a barrier if technical skills and attitude are strong.

Experience (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

Automotive workshop / service center experience

Tyre shop / retreading / dealer location exposure

OEM workshops (Tata, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, Volvo, etc.)

Fleet operations experience is an added advantage

Freshers are welcome and will be trained

Role Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for Heavy Commercial Vehicles:

On-ground tyre inspection, tyre health assessment & technical diagnosis

Conducting tyre pressure, tread, and performance checks on HCV fleets

Supporting fleet owners, drivers, and transport managers with tyre-care guidance

Ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and service quality at assigned locations

This role offers structured training, certification, and strong career growth in the tyre & automotive services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

Conduct regular tyre health audits (pressure, tread depth, wear analysis) at fleet location.

Diagnose tyre-related issues (underinflation, overinflation, irregular wear, leakage)

Perform on-site breakdown support, basic troubleshooting, and quick fixes

Maintain service tools, checklists, and adherence to Fleeca technical SOPs

Install and maintain TPMS sensors, valve tees, external monitoring units, etc.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

Basic mechanical/automobile knowledge

Understanding of tyre structure, inflation, and wear (training will be provided)

Ability to use tools, gauges, and digital diagnostic devices

Ready to work with IoT devices/TPMS systems.

Soft Skills

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Willingness to travel within region

Problem-solving attitude

Discipline, punctuality, and ownership mindset
