Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kanpur for a Tyre Sales Representative. The role involves both counter sales and active field sales to expand our customer base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, recommending suitable tyre and lubricant products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. A key part of the role will involve visiting transport hubs, approaching large truck fleets and transport operators, and converting them into long-term customers for Pradeep Tyres. The candidate will also work towards achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory coordination, and building strong relationships that drive repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Proven sales ability with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
Knowledge of tyres, lubricants, and commercial vehicle applications, or willingness to learn
Ability to conduct field sales by approaching transporters, truck fleets, and logistics operators
Basic inventory management and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
3+ years of experience in automotive trade or sales preferred
Familiarity with the Kanpur transport and automotive market will be an advantage
