Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Tyre Industry Expert based on-site in Ludhiana. The Tyre Industry Expert will be responsible for providing technical consulting services, conducting process optimization, managing projects, and delivering training to factory teams. The candidate will analyze production processes, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the expert will assist in sales strategies, contribute to compound engineering, and support the implementation of digital infrastructure for data-driven management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess technical and operational processes effectively
- Experience in training and mentoring teams to ensure best practices in manufacturing
- Proven expertise in consulting and tailor-made solutions for the tyre industry
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and timely delivery
- Ability to support sales efforts and demonstrate value propositions to potential clients
- Knowledge of tyre manufacturing processes and related technical standards
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field
- Experience with tools for data analysis and digital infrastructure is a plus
