Develop and execute a robust IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports growth.
Develop, monitor, and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Ensure high levels of motivation and performance within the IT team, facilitating ongoing learning and professional growth.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications, to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
Lead and manage in-house software development projects, when applicable, or work closely with external vendors for outsourced solutions.
Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of critical software applications.
Support the organization in leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and decisions.
Coordinate with other departments to support their IT needs and ensure alignment with business processes.
Prior Experience in Supply Chain Automation & Projects upon White Collar Efficiency.
