Job Description: Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Two-Wheeler Workshop Floor Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all

aspects of the workshop floor, ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, repair, and

customer service. This role demands extensive hands-on experience and leadership in managing

a team of technicians, optimizing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Operations Management:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations on the workshop floor to ensure efficient

workflow.

Assign repair and maintenance tasks to technicians based on their skills and expertise.

Monitor ongoing work to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to safety

regulations. Team Supervision and Development:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of technicians, promoting skill development and

accountability.

Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade team capabilities in line with

technological advancements.

Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and take corrective
